Each service operates independently and requires separate login credentials.


Use your Merrithew.com account to curate your own shopping experience, while Merrithew Connect is a dedicated movement and education hub.

Subscription vs On-Demand Access

How do subscription access and one-time purchases work together?

Subscription access gives you unlimited access to our complete library of workout videos if your subscription is active. At the same time, any one-time purchase material you buy is yours to keep, even if your subscription ends. Both options work side by side, allowing you to explore subscription content while building a personal library of materials you can revisit anytime. Simply log in and head to “My Library” to access all your content.

What’s included with a Merrithew Connect subscription?

A subscription gives you unlimited access to our complete library of full-length workout videos. From Matwork and Reformer to props and athletic conditioning, it’s all designed to help you move with purpose—whenever and wherever it suits you.

Can I still buy content without subscribing?

Yes. Educational materials are available for individual purchase. These resources are ideal if you are working toward instructor certification, completing coursework, earning continuing education credits (CECs) or building your professional practice. They may also appeal to Pilates and fitness enthusiasts who want to deepen their knowledge through focused, self-paced learning.

Will I have lifetime access to the on-demand content I purchase?

Yes, any on-demand content you purchase will remain in your account in perpetuity, subject to our terms and conditions.

Will I become certified by purchasing a video?

Purchasing videos alone will not lead to certification. Course materials, including videos, are mandatory and included as part of all STOTT PILATES® Certification worldwide—you cannot complete a course without access to them.


To become a certified instructor, you must complete in-person training, purchase the necessary manuals, fulfill practice teaching and observation hours, and pass both written and practical exams.

How much does the Merrithew Connect subscription cost?

We offer flexible subscription plans designed to support your personal and professional growth. With a Merrithew Connect subscription, you unlock unlimited access to our complete library of expert-led Masterclass workouts.

When will I receive my first bill?

If you start with the 14-day free trial, your first payment will be processed automatically 14 days after signup, at the end of the trial period. If you subscribe without a trial or if you cancel and then re-subscribe, your first bill will be processed immediately.


For monthly plans, billing occurs on the same date each month as your initial subscription date. For six-month or 12-month subscriptions, the full payment is processed upfront, with automatic renewal at the end of your term. Please check your email to stay informed about upcoming renewals.

How does changing my subscription affect billing?

When you switch plans, any unused portion of your current subscription will be credited toward your new plan. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you’ll be billed the difference (if applicable) at the time of the change.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your membership, go to your account Dashboard under ‘Purchases and Payment’ tab, and select ‘Manage Plan’ to click ‘Cancel Membership’.


We recommend canceling at least 5–7 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Support & Troubleshooting

My video isn’t playing smoothly. What can I do?

Playback issues are often related to internet speed, browser compatibility, or device performance. Try switching browsers (such as Chrome or Safari), closing background apps, or restarting your device. A strong, stable internet connection will provide the best experience. If the problem continues, try a different device or get in touch for support.

How many devices can access my Merrithew Connect account at once?

You can log into your Merrithew Connect account on up to three devices simultaneously for convenient access wherever you go.

Can I watch videos offline?

Yes, offline viewing is available. Videos can be downloaded and stored directly within the mobile app for offline playback. Once downloaded, they remain accessible for up to 30 days before they expire.


To download a video on (iOS or Android):

  1. Open the app and go to “My Library”.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu next to an eligible video.

  3. Select “Download Video”.

  4. Choose the download quality.

You’ll see a notification and expiry date once the download is complete.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. How can I access to my video(s)?

If you purchased content on Merrithew.com and haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for further support.

How do I redeem a promo code?

To redeem a promo code, enter it in the promo code field during checkout to apply your discount. Only one promo code can be used per purchase.

Why doesn’t my promo code work?

Make sure it is for the course package or professional repertoire you purchased on Merrithew.com. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us.

Safety & Precautions

Should I be doing any of these videos if I’m injured, have medical issues, or I am pregnant?

Always consult with your doctor before starting a new movement practice, especially if you have any special health concerns.
